Deposits

• One night deposit required for reservation.
• Deposits are refundable with a 3 week cancellation notice, minus a $10 service charge per unit for deposit refund and rebooking.
• Cancellations with a 3 week time frame prior to arrival are subject to a total loss of deposit.
• For reservations of 4 days or more, the first and last night deposit is required. Balance is due upon arrival. You will be held responsible for departure.
• There will be an additional charge for guests not checked out by 11 am. Arrangements must be made with management.

Modern Cabins, all with Dish Network

• Two full extra long beds, bathroom with shower, heat and air conditioning, coffee pot, microwave, refrigerator and cable TV.
• Two King size rooms, one with jacuzzi tub, bathroom with shower, heat and air conditioning, coffee pot, microwave, refrigerator and cable TV.
